Each of us develops energetic patterns in childhood that limit us.  Oftentimes, these patterns have roots in very early, family dynamics or difficult experiences you may not even remember.  Difficulties being experienced now (physical illness, emotional discomfort, challenging relationships, etc.) are oftentimes the result of what's being held in the energy body, in response to these early experiences.  ​Evolving these energetic patterns is the key to lasting healing, as well as to spiritual growth.

A deeper and more profound healing comes, however, when we understand that our challenging, childhood experiences are actually echoes of even deeper patterns.  Your soul is eternal and ancient.  You've lived in many times and many places.  You've had many experiences, some pleasant and others deeply challenging.  Like ripples in a pond, soul memories have a way of echoing through time.  Experiences that rocked you to the core leave deep imprints.  These experiences linger in the hidden recesses of the soul, as long-forgotten decisions about the nature of life or your place within it.  Soul decisions are powerful.  They continue to ripple though time, attracting resonant experiences, until your understanding evolves or you make different choices.

​In Soul Path Healing, we step back and look at your life, in the context of your soul's longer journey.  From here, we can glimpse the hidden fears and deep, soul longings that continue to shape your experience, oftentimes from shadow.  We can free trapped essence and break repeating cycles that are no longer serving your growth.  Soul Path Healing can help you understand the kinds of experiences you're here to have and the "big lessons" you're here to learn.  ​​

Your Soul Path journey begins with your Soul Path Reading.  As you unpack the secrets held within your Reading, your journey will be supported by Guidebooks, Journals and audio Meditations/Activations, all designed to take you deeper and give you a better understanding of the map of your soul.  You may also opt for 1, 2 or 3 personalized, one-on-one Integrative Healing Sessions, where I can further guide your process and help you integrate the deepest level of healing for lasting change.

Your Reading is created using intuitive and astrological data (an accurate birth time is necessary).

It will be delivered as four, separate audio recordings, one for each of the four foundations of Soul Path Healing:

​I'm happy to offer additional support, through one-on-one, Integrative Healing Sessions, either in-person or through Zoom.  ​

 

In these healing sessions, we'll use the information revealed through your Soul Path Reading to guide us:  

  • Connecting with your inner child to facilitate deep, emotional healing,

  • Exploring the images you hold about life that are limiting you,

  • Allowing the body to reveal what it's holding at a deep level,

  • Examining how your early family environment and present-day experiences are related to your soul's journey, etc.
