ABOUT KIM

 

My initiation into healing work came in 2007, with the sudden onset of an inexplicable illness.  When I couldn't get answers through traditional channels, I followed the advice of a friend and booked an appointment with an energetic healer.  To say it changed my life is an understatement.

 

Within six months, I felt like an entirely different person.  Despite how challenging the deep, personal work was, I was hooked!  Within a short period of time, I did an apprenticeship with that same healer, opening my own practice in 2009. 

 

I now know that the illness that frightened me so much in 2007 was an incredible gift.  It precipitated a process of awakening to my gifts as a healer.  My personal work has taught me about the process of self-healing and about the mechanisms of illness as they relate to soul work.  We are all capable of healing and being healed.  

 

Since then, I have studied with many master healers and spiritual visionaries.  My healing work is always evolving, and I utilize many techniques and practices to help others (spiritual counseling, somatic work, meditation, past-life work, sound healing, soul path counseling, etc.). 

 

I am always seeking the connection between the physical and spiritual, the seen and the unseen.  I believe that the source of illness is oftentimes a belief in separation, and as we draw connections between our mind, body, emotions and spirit, we naturally heal.  When we can see the larger patterns at work in our lives, we are empowered to make different choices, to release false beliefs, and live from a place of wholeness and connection.
