Your Solar Plexus Chakra is the primary "power center" of your energetic system. Distortions here have a lot to do with the ways in which you've given your power over to the various authority figures in your life.

 

It's also your primary ego-identity center. For most people, this chakra is both overused and distorted. When it's functioning well, it's easy to set goals and follow through with them, to feel confident and energetic, to make healthy choices, and to hold healthy boundaries.
