CROWN CHAKRA

The last chakra we'll be working with is the Crown Chakra. This chakra points toward the heavens and is your primary spiritual center. It's where consciousness resides, in both a physical and metaphysical sense. One of the functions of this chakra is to help you learn and grow. Here, you have the ability to gather and assimilate information, so that your understanding of yourself, life and the universe can constantly evolve and expand. 

 

This chakra is also the doorway to the divine and allows you to feel your connection to "All-That-Is." As you develop this chakra, your capacity to understand the spiritual meaning associated with physical experience expands. You become more and more aware of your own divinity. It's through this chakra that we can ultimately transcend duality and "ascend."
